Late picked blend of 80 % Semillon and 20 % Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A home distilled grape spirit is added to stop fermentation halfway through. Elegant, sweet , fruity and fresh with lychee, citrus and stonefruit characteristics. Bottle size: 375 ml Alcohol 14.5% Residual sugar 90g/L Vintage: 2010
