This Pinot Noir exhibits intense fruit flavours, combined with elegant refinement and concentration. Seductive aromas of red cherries and plums give way to a palate of savoury flavours and subtle spices, broadening out to fine silky tannins for a long, lingering finish. Hand-crafted in very limited batches our “Legend” range of wines represent the very best of each vintage to become our top-flight wines. Matured for 18 months using 100% new French oak barriques, with minimal handling, fining and filtration. Cellaring potential 12 years. Vintage: 2015
