La Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2008
TASTING NOTES:
Swan Michel hand-crafted this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a small block of fruit which was hand picked at optimum ripeness. Fermented and aged in 3 year old French oak barrels for 8 months with regular lees stirring, this wine displays subtle oak characteristics and a long lingering finish.
The tropical palate showcases pineapple and gooseberry flavours with hints of capsicum.
