Autumn Folly Dessert 2006

TASTING NOTES:
A unique approach to Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon as a dessert wine. Autumn Folly was created in the style of the natural sweet wines of France, i.e "vin doux naturell". Fermentation was interrupted by the addition of grape spirit made in our own copper still. A finely balanced marriage of sweetness and acidity, this wine has an elegant freshness and lingering fruity aromas.

In stainless steel tanks with refrigeration.
