To join the Domaine Georges Michel Wine Club, simply fill in the membership application form below and decide which wines you would like. Please ensure that all fields marked with a have been completed. When you have confirmed your order, you will then be directed to a secure website where you can complete your application by providing your credit card details.

Your order will be delivered to the address indicated in your membership application. Freight is an additional $6 per case or part case. Please ensure that delivery instructions are to a street address. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. The wines you ordered will automatically be charged to your credit card on the day of dispatch.

Please note that you can cancel your membership and wine deliveries at any time.

You must be 18 years of age or older to be belong to the Wine Club. It is illegal in New Zealand for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol.

	I would like to become a DGM Sapphire Wine Club Member. I understand that membership of the Sapphire Wine Club begins with a six-bottle wine purchase with a second six pack purchase six months later, and to continue as a member, this is an annual requirement.
	I would like to become a DGM Diamond Wine Club Member. I understand that membership of the Diamond Wine Club begins with the purchase of a 12-bottle case followed by two further 12-bottle case purchases and to continue as a member, this is an annual requirement.
